The Ocean Grove Surf Lifesaving Club was occupied by the surf lifesaving club and café building which was demolished and then reconstructed by Debono Bros.
As this project was situated on the beach, sand was a major issue with excavations. The solution for working in this sandy area was to form all edge beams and internal beams with lost formwork.
